Carraro 1927 Primo Mattino is an Italian espresso coffee blend with a larger proportion of Robusta beans. This which gives the coffee a rich, strong body. Refined, individually roasted Arabica varieties are added to bring out the best of the dense creaminess and the fully rounded taste in this strong espresso.

Balanced but not full bodied
Personally I prefer the Neapolitan blends. This northern blend is elegant but a little thin for my taste.
