Dulce de Leche Chimbote is a sweet, creamy milk sauce, very popular in Latin America. Made from milk, sugar, and vanilla, it is slowly cooked to create a caramel-like flavour. Loved by both children and adults in Argentina and Uruguay, it can be enjoyed on toast, cakes, cookies, ice cream, or used in many traditional sweets.
This version is made in France following the classic Argentine recipe.
