Hopeatoffee (Silvertoffee) is a classic Finnish salmiak liquorice toffee that has charmed fans since the 1960s. It was the first candy where salmiak and toffee were combined. Hopeatoffee has also been awarded the prestigious Salmiakki-Finlandia prize.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, sugar, sweetened fat-free milk concentrate, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, stabilizer (sorbitol syrup), licorice extract, ammonium chloride (=salmiak), colour (E153), natural flavour, emulsifier (E471), salt, gelatin.
