The Eureka Mignon Filtro Silent 15BL coffee grinder offers excellent performance for a range of brew methods with its 50 mm flat burrs (2021 Filtro Pro burr model). Hand-built in Italy, this grinder has clean modern lines & fast grind times. Commercial quality flat steel burrs and micrometric stepless grind adjustment result in a precise consistency that will be difficult to match with other grinders in this class.
Brew Built
The Mignon Filtro offers quick, consistent grinds in a design dedicated to filter coffee brew methods.
The externals offer similar quality - a thick metal case, tritan bean hopper, and matching catch bin - for a grinder built to last through years of service.

The typical mechanical composition of our burrholder set, that can be dismantled removing only 9 screws, permits to quicly replace and clean the burrs as well as a remarkable time and coffee saving.
PLEASE NOTE:
Mignon Filtro Silent does not have the frontal microswitch (it just has a space for it). The grinding activates from the button on the right side of the grinder, it is not just an on/off button.

Mijn beoordeling
Deze koffiemolen geeft een heel constante maling. Ik gebruik een koffieweegschaal tijdens het malen. Er komt nog 0,2 gram uit als ik de schakelaar af zet. De molen stond afgeregeld voor filterkoffie, ik heb hem maar een klein beetje groffer gezet ,tot het maalsel voor mij goed was. Voor degenen die French press gebruiken kan ik zeggen dat ze meerdere volledige toeren aan de regeling zullen moeten draaien en dit terwijl de grinder bij voorkeur leeg is of tijdens het malen. NOOIT fijner zetten met bonen er in tijdens stilstand omdat je de regeling dan forceert. Verder kan ik nog zeggen dat dit een stille grinder is . En bovendien een set maalschijven van 50 mm kan 250 kg koffie malen voordat ze versleten zijn . Aan een tempo van 3 kopjes per dag van 6 gram koffie heb ik dan 35 jaar nodig om mijn eerste set maalschijven te verslijten. Als dit geen goede koop is dan weet ik het niet meer.

B.M.Why no dedicated manual?
For a € 230 machine, I'd like to have a specific manual. There are features I don't know how to use and don't work. Otherwise, does the job.

Good product, quiet and easy to use. It would be better with a grind setting with stops, it would be more intuitive than endlessly turning the dial.
