Moya Matcha Culinary comes from the third and final harvest of tea leaves, which mature under special coverings that protect them from sunlight. Thanks to this process, the leaves destined for matcha develop a higher chlorophyll and theanine content, as well as an intense green colour.
Moya Matcha Culinary is perfect for baking, all kinds of desserts, and pastry-making. It can also be added to lemonades and beverages where matcha serves as a complementary ingredient.
Due to its strong bitterness, it is not recommended for drinking with water alone.
