The Nexus Wild Berry Topping Sauce is born from the perfect mix of blackberries, currants, blueberries and strawberries. The berries are cleaned, pressed, and concentrated to remove water, enhancing the final product's flavour and longevity.
This trendy flavour adds a delicately sweet and tangy taste to your desserts.
Applications: ice cream, desserts, cappuccinos, coffee, milk, hot and cold chocolates and milkshakes.
Ingredients
Sugar, water, glucose syrup, wild berry puree (10%), acidity regulator: citric acid; flavours, thickeners: pectine, xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; colourants: azorubine, bright blue FCF.
