Groundbreaking Refinements
The S2C890 burr set is designed to reduce fines in the 200-250 μm range, while increasing the proportion of fines in the 250-400 μm range, with a peak at around 375 μm.
These refinements significantly enhance cup quality, resulting in improved body and sweetness.

Quality at an affordable price
This grinder indeed feels very high-quality for its price, and especially the handle locking system is ingenious and works, in my opinion, much better than the one from 1Zpresso. Another great idea is the rubber cushion at the end of the handle, which allows the handle to be used as a knocker. The knurling on the body is excellent and provides a good grip while grinding. The grinder is somewhat heavy, but the full-metal construction also adds a nice sense of quality. The bean chamber has a capacity of about 25g for medium/dark roasted beans, meaning it holds 25g well with some room to spare. A downside is the size of the grind size scale, which is marked way too small, and the grind adjustment itself could offer more feel when changing sizes, like a distinct click when turning the ring. Apparently, the grinder is not entirely suitable for espresso grinding without modification, for instance, the burrs still spin freely at the 0 position, although this makes cleaning easier since the grinder doesn't need to be calibrated separately. I believe the price/quality ratio is more than fair, and if there's no need for espresso use, I can wholeheartedly recommend this grinder.
